I am sure u have all noticed the 'recent' gallery images at the top of the main board index.

Do recent images make the most sense, or would random be more interesting? (new items ever time the page loads)

the nice thing about recent is.. u see if anything has changed. what do u think?

Recent would make uploading new pics a bit more easier and people wouldn't have to check out the gallery for new pics every couple of days....but then random would look cool...i honestly don't know which is better.

Would it be possible to add a setting to the User CP that lets us pick which one we want or is that too much?

I think recent is better, because almost everybody wants to see the new pics, and it's easier if you have a button for this

random is cool. Sometime you will realize that you miss some pics at gallery but... I preffer recent cause it`s more certain to know the recent pics.

I think recent is better but random would be cool too. If you could do both and label them accordingly that'd be nice.
